Established
in 1984 as Credit Insurance Brokers to partner with lending institutions in
the southeastern United States to market credit life and disability products,
the company grew to offer a full line of insurance services to financial
institutions across the country. In 1994 the name was changed to The Regency
Financial Group, Inc. d/b/a The Regency Group to better reflect the extended
product line offered as well as the expanded sales training and marketing
assistance. James
E. Moody is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Regency Group. Mr.
Moody has more than 25 years in the credit insurance industry and has
extensive experience in all lines of
insurance products and services for lending institutions. His commitment to providing the absolute
